Approvals
The PBR system uses a work-flow approval mechanism which ensures that no bonuses are awarded without MOR ("Manager once removed") approval. Since there are two underlying activities every year - Allocation and Distribution - Managers not only need to use the system to help them make their decisions and submit them for approval but they also need to approve decisions submitted to them.
